What is RoadMate?
RoadMate is a simple operating platform for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. It keeps your loads, drivers, trucks, documents, invoices and profit in one place, without the complexity of enterprise software.
Who is it for?
Owner-operators running their own authority and small fleets in the US and English-speaking Canada. It's built for the person running the business from a phone at a truck stop as much as for an office dispatcher.
Can I use RoadMate today?
Not yet. RoadMate is still being built and hasn't been released. Beta testing will open in stages. Email info@roadmate.biz to ask about joining.
Does it work in Canada?
Yes. Canada is part of the core design: provinces, Canadian postal codes, CAD, kilometres, NSC/CVOR numbers and GST/HST on invoices. RoadMate will launch in English, with French and Québec support planned for later.
Is RoadMate a load board?
No. Keep finding loads wherever you find them now. RoadMate handles everything after you book. RoadMate will never act as a freight broker.
Is RoadMate an ELD or a GPS navigation app?
No to both. RoadMate doesn't log hours of service, and it hands off to the truck navigation app you already use for turn-by-turn directions.
Do I need special hardware?
No. RoadMate is designed to run on the phone you already have and in a web browser, with no devices to install.
What happens to my data?
Each company's information is kept separate from every other company's. We're designing RoadMate so you can export your data whenever you want, and we will never sell customer data.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't final yet, and we'll publish it before launch.
